If you cancel your membership
You can cancel your membership within the first 14 days of the membership Start Date. Unless you have made a service request during this period we shall refund your premium in full less a £10 administration charge.
If you have made a service request during the first 14 days, or cancel your membership after this period, then there will be a cancellation charge of £25.
We do not charge a cancelation fee when you have been a member for longer than 6 months.
We reserve the right to suspend your membership if a service request has been successfully made to which it transpires that we should not have provided assistance under this membership until such time as the call out and repair costs incurred by us are reimbursed to us in full. If you, after being notified of such costs and suspension of your membership, fail to reimburse us within a reasonable period of time, we reserve the right to cancel your membership.
Refunds
1 – If you paid your membership annualy and decide to cancel your membership, unless you have made a service request during this period we shall refund your premium as follows:

Cancelation in the first 6 months – Refund of 50% of the ammount paid plus £25.00 cancelation fee.

Cancelation in the first 7 months – Refund of 40% of the ammount paid.

Cancelation in the first 8 months – Refund of 30% of the ammount paid.

Cancelation in the first 9 months – Refund of 20% of the ammount paid.

Cancelation in the first 10 months – Refund of 10% of the ammount paid.

Cancelation after 10 months – No refund
If a service request has been made, you are not entitled to a refund.
2 – If you are paying your membership monthly and decide to cancel your membership, unless you have made a service request during this period we shall refund your premium as follows:

Cancelation in the first 6 months – A cancelation fee of £25.00 applies

Your membership renews monthly and therefore if you cancel your membership, it will cancle on the payment date and a refund is not due.
If a service request has been made, you are not entitled to a refund.
